    Say goodbye to basic footwork! In this series we start with the basic footwork of Rock Step, Triple Step, and Swivel and teach you the basic syncopations on these steps in a solo format with exercises.

    After you master the solo steps, we recommend you move on to season 2 where we will start to incorporate this into partner dancing using a little social dancing pattern.

    Learn signature moves by Dax and Sarah. These are all pretty advanced and have a heavy emphasise on body movement and rhythm which are primary signature aspects of Dax and Sarah's Style.

  3. Conceptual Lessons
